The Horizon Graduate Program is an initiative of Euronet in Greece to invite University graduates to join our company for an initial period of 6 months, under a paid employment contract. You will work as an integral part of our teams under the leadership of experienced managers that value your work and solve meaningful problems. Upon completion of this initial period, the opportunity for an open-ended employment will be offered for selected candidates that showcase excellence and wish to work in a multi – national organization.
Career opportunity: IT Support Services
We are currently offering an opportunity in IT Support Services, a crucial unit ensuring that our IT infrastructure is at the service quality levels required by our customers and internal users.
Responsibilities you will be involved with:
- Administering users and their corporate IT equipment and associated
- Providing support in-person and
- Troubleshooting and resolving user issues and change
- Handling support tickets in a timely
- Identifying and tracking end user hardware and software
- Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration, and
- Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical
Studies and knowledge required:
- Studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
- Microsoft Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Active Directory (desired).
- Basic knowledge of Windows servers and
- Fluency in English and Greek, both verbal and
